Is My.com MESSING With Its WF Players?

Since the day My.Com took over the highly popular game Warface players have been speculating if it was a good idea to immigrate just like that. For most players the transfer from Warface (GFace) to My.Com was pretty successful but for some players they never got their account back (like me). For some people it was obvious that getting the accounts back was almost impossible and they predicted this since Crytek announced that My.Com is, pretty much, taking over!
They announced that maybe The Auction House will be back so a lot of players were really happy for that. Little key elements in the game were added like in the party system and etc. which players are still satisfied. Then the new Special Operation came called Ice Breaker which was not really such a big success as it was expected. Though the players got everything that was promised to them but maybe it was a little too overhyped...
Those who have made new accounts after they couldn't get back their old one really got amazing prizes just like the ones who still have their old one. Those who still had their account got all Earth Shaker weapons which was amazing! A lot of bonuses were put in versus games and more focus was put into cups and ranked matches but a lot of CO-OP players feel unsatisfied since the game mode is becoming less and less played cause of so much focus on PvP. A lot of people hate my.com for being literally everywhere where you go! Even the shortcut is called Warface My.com which started to piss of players like something similar with EA's new battlefront. The new launcher feels messy most of the time and a lot more game crashes happen!
They announced that they will be changing the look of the site which players still have no real public response... A lot of stuff that is complained about is just too much advertising of My.com but to be honest there is no other way the game could be going. If My.com is not advertising itself what is the point anymore of even them owning the whole thing? But the biggest complain was today the servers were down the whole day and there was no sign of any maintenance or shut down of the servers for some while. No one from the Warface team posted anything about this problem and players feel really unsatisfied how my.com doesn't take the situation seriously since the players are left in the dark to speculate what is happening. Its a similar situation like the one were CS:GO servers were shut down but Valve didn't say anything about it cause they don't even have a proper community manager. The one who pretty much is the leader of the CS Team has to reply publicly to the community which players were really pissed about. But with Warface its much different since we all know from THIS VIDEO that a lot of people got a job to work on Warface to improve the game since my.com came. And it was specificly known that there is a new community manager and for Warface keeping its mouth shut really makes the players asks themselves was all this even worth it?...
